Nationwide has been my insurance carrier for several years. Over the years, I’ve had policies with all the major carriers, but Shelia and her team make it more than just getting coverage. When I first met with Shelia, we reviewed my coverage and she showed me the exposures in my current policy and the cost to cover those gaps. She never asked what I was paying for my current policy and didn’t push coverage to increase the cost, but to limit my exposure. I found the expense to cover certain risk was worth paying the extra premium and I felt the risk was minimal on a couple of items, so I decided not to cover them. In the past 5 years, I’ve submitted at least four claims on both home and auto and received impeccable customer service from Nationwide. My current policies include four vehicles, a home, two life insurance policies and an umbrella policy. I like Nationwide, and love the Saxon Agency.
